Terms and Conditions

Merchandise returned for credit or refund must have authorization form National Two Way Radio, Inc. (National Radio) before being shipped to National Radio.  An RMA is required.   Merchandise must be received by National Radio, checked in, tested for condition and accepted by National Radio before any credit or refund can be issued.

Freight and insurance outbound to the customer and returned to National Radio are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not considered for credit or refund.

New items must be received in new condition with all accessories, parts, documentation and original box.  The original packaging must be in a condition that it cannot be found by any inspector as not new.  Used merchandise must be returned in the same packaging and in the same condition as originally shipped. 

Refunds to the customer paid by check will be done only if the customer paid by check and then only ten (10) days after the customer’s original check has cleared.  That clearance is as confirmed by National Radio’s bank. 

Payments made by credit card that qualify for a refund will be refunded back to that credit card only. (No exceptions)

All credits or refunds, if any, are subject the cost of returning the merchandise to its original saleable condition to include shipping and handling to and from all parties to include manufacturers shipping charges to and from.  Some of, but not limited to, the costs and deductions are:

  1. Cost of original programming.
  2. Cost to return the merchandise to manufacturer’s factory original program or house program of used merchandise.
  3. Packing and shipping materials and labor.
  4. Restocking fee to recover National Radio’s labor to originally prepare the order.
  5. Restocking fees imposed on National Radio by the manufacturer of the merchandise. 
  6. If National Radio has to send the merchandise back to the manufacturer the refund will also have a discount for freight and insurance to do so.
  7. The minimum restocking fee will be no less than 15% for new merchandise and 20% for used merchandise.

Audio accessories that mount on or in the ear and on or over the head may not be returnable for hygiene reasons.  Determination is at the sole discretion of National Radio.

Some merchandise is considered “special order” and is not returnable under any condition.

National Radio may at its sole discretion, reserve the right not to accept merchandise returns under any circumstances. National Radio reserves the right to issue “store credit” in lieu of cash or credit card refund.

Should customer cause by any third party means; reversal, dispute or stop payment action, of the original amount paid, customer shall be responsible for all legal fees incurred by National Radio to protect its interests in regard to the transaction in question.

Disputes must be arbitrated by recognized arbitrators and in Harris County, Texas.  Disputes failing arbitration must be litigated in Harris County, Texas and subject to the laws of the State of Texas.
